• I tried to build a building, but it isn’t making progress. •
Building construction takes a while. If you sit in the Domain Mode screen staring at your kingdom, you won’t see the progress as it happens. Go out and do a few quests, and you’ll see progress when you get back.
Also: Make sure you’ve assigned peasants to ‘Build & Repair’ in Peasant Management.
Lastly: You won’t see the peasants running around, building buildings... Yet. We’re working on it for a future update (as it is essentially only a graphical nicety, recently we’ve been concentrating more on gameplay-related features).
