• 136.5 Patch Notes •

SAGA has now been live for one week! We at Silverlode Interactive are happy with how stable things have been running and are excited for what the future brings. We've had a few hiccups but for the most part things have performed very well. This update has a host of fixes for things both major and minor. We're still very focused on removing the remaining crashes some of you are facing. Please be sure to post as much info as you can as well as the last 20 or so lines of your log.txt in the forums if you experience a crash. We're excited to soon be shifting our focus more heavily to new features, new troops, new spells, and the expansion. Thanks for your support! Please let us know if we think we fixed something that we didn't!

GENERAL FIXES AND TWEAKS

Fixed booster pack trading.

Joining a guild no longer causes the game to display 'Please Wait' and stop accepting commands.

Per troop specials correctly affect morale.

Fixed a potential booster trading exploit.

Units don't warp when their morale breaks.

Grass does not float in the air and units do not move through the ground anymore.

Guild email should work properly again.

Fixed a bug that won't send emails with apostrophes.

Permanent Buildings can no longer be destroyed. If you've lost something permanent please contact support@playsaga.com to have it restored.

Destroy Building hotkey was changed to DELETE.

Units are removed from the mini-map when they are retreated.

Units don't move to their stronghold in a PVP after you press start.

Friendly units should no longer spawn in unpathable areas.

When a unit moves, they do not fire a final projectile at a unit they have already killed or a building they have already destroyed.

In the Manage Booster Packs screen, the Strikes/Attack is showing correctly.

Frequency moved to usersettings.ini.

Moving your mouse to the left of your screen while hovering over chat will no longer move the camera.

Hitting ESC while chatting will now clear and deactivate chat, without opening the menu.

Email attachments now limited to your inventory or 65000 each type.

Attachments can no longer be sent while in the guild dialog.

Minor improvements to army management dialog.

Fixed several text errors with espionage responses.

Defiling Holy Sites no longer requires a wilderness territory.

Resolved several server issues which could lead to some instability.

Players can no longer field more than three of the same unit type.

Fixed a bug that allowed you to go back to nation management after getting back to the main menu without typing a password.

Players no longer receive any plunder bonus when losing a battle.

Raids will now properly subtract the raided resources from the target player's nation.

When buying and selling directly to the market, you are now capped at gaining/spending 65k gold.

Attachments of resources are now capped at 65k gold.

Fixed several possible client crahes and added further logging to help track down the remaining known crashes.

BALANCE ADJUSTMENTS

As you may have noticed there is now a field cap of 3 of any unit type. While you can have as many as you'd like in your army you are limited to fielding 3 of any particular unit at a time on the battlefield. Other minor tweaks are as follows:

Orc Arcers - "siege (passive) - +75% damage and +150% ar against walls, buildings, and machines."

Orc Dog Soldiers - "healing salve - target unit heals 10-15 hit points per dog soldier. cooldown: 120 seconds."

Catapult - AR 18 from 10, "(passive) catapults have +750% ar and do +75% damage against walls and buildings."

Wood Giants - "root snare - troops in a large radius (25m) are slowed down 75% for 60 seconds. cooldown: 90 seconds."

Dwarven Flamethrowers - "inferno burst - +35% damage per flamethrower for 30 seconds. cooldown: 120 seconds."

Wooden Tank - "(passive) unit has an additional +250% ar and does an additional +50% damage against walls and buildlings."

Treants - Minimum Damage 35 from 40.

Daemon - Hit Points 3800 from 3500, Movement Speed 8 from 7.

Stone Golem - Morale 150 from 125

Bronze Golem - Morale 150 from 125, "maim - golem does an additional +300% damage for 30 seconds. cooldown: 90."

Bone Golem - Morale 150 from 115

Human Charioteers - "divine rage - unit does an additional +300% damage for 15 seconds. cooldown: 90 seconds."

War Elephants - "stampede - nearby enemy units (20m) take 25-75 damage and -9 morale per elephant for 30 seconds. cooldown: 90 seconds."

Orc Snipers - "kill shot - unit gains +200% ar and does +400% damage for 5 seconds. cooldown: 60 seconds."

Fireball - Cost 45 from 25, Damage Max 175 from 200, Ranks do slightly less damage to match rank 1 damage range.
