We have received a number of support emails regarding credits not being awarded for completing offers on the new OfferPal rewards page.
While we at SAGA do not have access to which offers you submit for privacy reasons, OfferPal has all of this information and the ability to award missing SAGA Credits. We chose to work with OfferPal due to their reputation prompt and effective support.
If you are missing SAGA Credits for completing an offer or a survey please use the “MISSING SAGA CREDITS?” button on the top right corner of the offers page. We have heard positive results from players working with OfferPal. If you are still unable to resolve the missing credits issue AFTER contacting OfferPal, please contact SAGA Support.
