Tomorrow, Wednesday the 18th of February, there will be no patch. The servers will be taken down for weekly maintenance in the afternoon.
The reason behind our decision to not patch this week is because we're preparing a large patch, and we'd prefer to test it internally for another week. There are changes that affect almost every system in the game, and range from text changes and texture changes all the way up to interface changes and a few new features.
