• Feedback on Lag •

As we explained last week, our programmers are all busily working on improving SAGA's existing features. The current area of concentration is networking issues. Our goal is to eliminate the lag that some of our customers are experiencing.

Today's patch implemented several improvements and fixes to the battle servers. We'd like to know if your experience is any different with patch 1.44.3 than it was with previous patches.

What we're asking: e-mail us. Write support@playsaga.com with the subject of 'Lag Report'. In the e-mail, please include any details that seem relevent to your situation. An example might be:

My lag seems worse this week as compared to last. Lag typically sets in about 10 minutes into my quest, and gets worse the longer I'm in the quest.

Or, hopefully,

Before this last patch (1.44.3), I had lag quite often in quests and in PvP. But now it seems like the lag is completely gone!

The more information we can gather from players, the more readily we can improve the situation.
